On May 14, Smile-Expo will organize the first M-Health Conference Tallinn dedicated to digital medicine in the capital of Estonia. The event will bring together leading specialists in telemedicine and e-healthcare. Its guests will be able to attend an exhibition area and establish business contacts.
Why are we organizing the conference?
The eHealth Foundation has been operating in Estonia since 2005. In 2008, Estonia was the first to launch an electronic medical record system at the national level.
Digitalization of Estonian healthcare is still going now. The country is integrating medical services available for patients in the online mode. Various companies are developing health monitoring apps.
Smile-Expo decided to unite leading digital medicine experts from Estonia and other countries on a single platform. Therefore, the capital of the state will host M-Health Conference Tallinn.
Key topics of M-Health Conference Tallinn
Within the event, speakers will reveal mobile and telemedicine issues. Specialists will focus on e-healthcare matters.
They will discuss:
- the adoption of eHealth in Estonia and core industry trends;
- demography aspects;
- blockchain technology in medicine;
- eHealth integration and main trends;
- remote monitoring of patients with chronic diseases and remote rehabilitation;
- pros and cons of digital medical testing;
- investments in healthcare.
What will be presented in the exhibition area?
The event will feature the exhibition area for attendees. Different companies will introduce medical gadgets and software for controlling health and general condition.
While M-Health Conference Tallinn will take place in Estonia for the first time, M-Health Congress has already become conventional for Moscow. On March 5, Russia’s capital will host the fifth conference dedicated to healthcare innovations.
